Department of Speculations is an imagination tank for better futures, founded in 2021 by Lisa Engwall and Anna Wikberg Ågren.

We work with design research, future analysis and creative strategy using speculative design and systems thinking.

We believe that in the VUCA world we are living in, it's more important than ever to explore preferred futures and envision how to get there.
